The Mclauchlan Law Group of Texas PLLS was formed in 2020 when Peter McLauchlan, a former partner in the international firm of Foley & Lardner LLP (successor to Gardere Wynne Sewell) brought his expertise in international, maritime, energy and aviation law to join his brother David in The McLauchlan Law Group.

With their “big firm” experience, Peter and David have brought their skills to a boutique firm to serve clients responsively and efficiently.

The firm focuses on assisting clients of all sizes in all aspects of their businesses including mergers and acquisitions, aviation, business formation, energy, contracts, insurance, intellectual property, maritime, transportation and dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and litigation.
